"We are pleased to announce that on Dec 3 at 6:38 pm Rosalee Helen Mann was born at Victoria General Hospital. She is 7 lbs 2 ounces and 21' long. Lindsey is doing great and Rosalee is healthy. Thank you for all your love, support and prayers.
